# 💰 Using Your Wiseband Balance to Renew Your Subscription
It is possible to renew your **Wiseband** subscription using your balance. To do this, please follow the conditions and steps below.
### 🎯 Requirements
Your **Wiseband** balance must be **greater than €10**.
If this is not the case, the **Request payment** button will not be accessible.
In this case:
* You can contact us via chat on our website to find a solution.
* Or you can renew your subscription directly from your dashboard by clicking **Renew my subscription** under your artist name. You can then pay by credit card or PayPal.
### 🚀 Steps to Use Your Balance
If your balance is sufficient, follow these steps:
1️⃣ Go to **ROYALTIES > PAYMENTS**
2️⃣ Click on **Request payment**
3️⃣ Complete your details if not already done
4️⃣ Proceed to the next step
5️⃣ At the bottom right, click on **Request payment from my balance**
✅ **Your subscription will be automatically renewed and your balance updated.**
