💰 Using Your Wiseband Balance to Renew Your Subscription

It is possible to renew your Wiseband subscription using your balance. To do this, please follow the conditions and steps below.

🎯 Requirements

Your Wiseband balance must be greater than €10.

If this is not the case, the Request payment button will not be accessible.

In this case:

• You can contact us via chat on our website to find a solution.
• Or you can renew your subscription directly from your dashboard by clicking Renew my subscription under your artist name. You can then pay by credit card or PayPal.

🚀 Steps to Use Your Balance

If your balance is sufficient, follow these steps:

1️⃣ Go to ROYALTIES > PAYMENTS

2️⃣ Click on Request payment

3️⃣ Complete your details if not already done

4️⃣ Proceed to the next step

5️⃣ At the bottom right, click on Request payment from my balance

✅ Your subscription will be automatically renewed and your balance updated.
