At Wiseband, we value authentic music created by human artists.

Fully AI-generated works are not accepted for distribution.

You can of course use AI tools in your creative process — for example, to find inspiration, refine arrangements, or generate sound ideas — but the final version of your track must include significant human contribution in order to be distributed.

1. 🧑‍🎨 Why This Policy?

The legal framework around fully AI-generated music is still evolving, particularly regarding intellectual property and copyright.

Current regulations do not guarantee that 100% AI works can be legally protected or commercially exploited without risk. This creates uncertainty for both artists and distributors.

As a distributor, Wiseband must comply with existing copyright laws and protect the rights of all involved stakeholders. That is why all submissions must include real human involvement (performance, composition, production, etc.).

2. 📜 Licensing and Terms of Use

Some AI services (for example, Suno, Udio, or other generators) may provide commercial use licenses for generated tracks.

⚠️ These licenses do not override Wiseband’s internal policy and do not replace our Terms of Service.

Wiseband reserves the right to reject any submission that does not comply with our policies, even if a third-party license claims to allow commercial use.
