Understanding Wiseband’s sales reporting and payment schedule

At Wiseband, we place great importance on transparency, consistency, and accuracy in sales reporting for our artists and labels.

Wiseband reporting schedule

Sales reporting has always been carried out on the 15th of each month on your Wiseband account.

This process allows us to:

  • Centralize data received from platforms
  • Verify the accuracy of reports
  • Ensure clear and easy-to-understand reporting

Standard payment timelines

In general, your Wiseband account is credited approximately 45 days after the end of the sales month for the following platforms (non-exhaustive list):

  • YouTube
  • Apple Music
  • Deezer
  • TikTok
  • Qobuz
  • Amazon
  • Other partner platforms

Amounts are credited using the exchange rate applicable on the day the revenues are received by Wiseband.

Specific case: Spotify

We are currently required to adjust Spotify’s reporting and payment schedule to align with the actual payment delays imposed by the platform.

➡️ As a result:

  • Spotify reporting is now delayed by one additional month
  • Sales for October will therefore be reported on January 15, instead of the usual date

This adjustment ensures that reported amounts exactly match the payments actually received.

Our commitment

Wiseband remains committed to:

  • Providing reliable and transparent reporting
  • Clearly informing you of any changes affecting your revenues
  • Maintaining regular communication with artists and labels

If you have any questions regarding your royalties or reporting, our team is available via the chat on our website.
